Heather Haines – Executive Headteacher | Heather Haines joined the South Norfolk Federation in February 2020. |

Angela Smith - Chair of Governors- Appointed Governor | Angela has lived in Long Stratton (on and off) all her life and has one child who attended Manor Field School. After chairing Manor Field PTA for two years, Angela was appointed as governor in January 2020. She has a strong passion for children's education and is dedicated to improving educational standards for all. |
Amy Eastell – Appointed Governor | A new Governor who joined the Governing body in September 2023.
Amy was appointed as a parent governor in September 2023. Amy is a qualified Primary School teacher and has experience of working in both Early Years and Key Stage 1. Amy has good connections with the local community as she volunteers for Norfolk County Council as both Parent Champion and the library delivering Bounce and Rhyme sessions. She has one child that attends Manor Field First School and used to attend the school herself as a child. |
Miriam Elston – Clarion Corvus Member and Co-opted Governor | Formerly a Governor for South Norfolk Federation under the Corvus Education trust which has now merged with Clarion to form Clarion Corvus Trust from 1 April 2023. |
Rebecca Anderson – Staff Governor | Formerly a Governor for South Norfolk Federation under the Corvus Education trust which has now merged with Clarion to form Clarion Corvus Trust from 1 April 2023. |
Michael Fleckney - Appointed Governor | A new Governor who joined the Governing body in January 2024.
Michael is pleased to have been appointed as a parent governor for both Manor Field and Aslacton. He currently works across two schools in Suffolk as assistant head and part of the senior leadership team. He has over 12 years’ experience working in different schools as a teacher, leader and governor. He is looking forward to supporting both schools and working together to ensure the best for all children. |
