Eagle Class

Eagle class is a mixed Year 4, 5 & 6 Key Stage two class taught by Miss Knight and supported by Mrs Humphreys (Teaching Assistant) .

We plan a rich curriculum making full use of our beautiful wild area and outdoor learning spaces. We make educational visits both locally and further afield.  We often have visitors in school to help us with our learning, for example our professional gymnastics coach.

Eagles have a large, bright and airy class base with an interactive smart board to support the children in their learning. The children use a wide variety of ICT in all areas of the curriculum.  As well  as having members on all the school councils, Eagles take responsibility for the music in collective worship, issuing library books and taking care of the playtime equipment. Pupils are encouraged to be independent and to take some responsibility for their own learning.
